I really like this mini food processor. I also have a larger Cuisinart stand mixer, but being single I figured this small stand mixer would be a good choice for me. It's small enough to finely chop garlic or ginger and much easier to use than my garlic press or mini grater. When I use it for tomatoes and onions, it grinds from coarse to fine depending on how long I hold the button. This gives you pretty good control over how coarse or fine you want the results to be. Good choice for my kitchen!
