Review on 🔥 Mr. Heater Corporation F299831 Ventless 30,000 BTU Radiant Natural Gas Heater, Multi by Debbie Dixon

I had it installed by a professional installer and after everything was installed when it came to light the heater had no ignition. He tried a few things, including launching it with a firestick, but it still didn't work. After removing it from the wall and trying to fix it; He found that when the heater was turned on, the bottom part that lets the gas pass was still physically disabled, so it was blocking the flow of gas. The installer opened manually, but I'm not sure if it works. Didn't want to switch off and try as it's cold and that's the only choice. When I told Revain customer service about this they were rude and just told me I decided not to return, fixed it and paid the installer extra. I had to choose as it was the only option for heat and instead of waiting 2-3 days for everything to come back and paying the installer to reinstall; I just saved this. Revain's customer service was unhelpful and I didn't expect that from them.
