After installation, test it to make sure it works.
Ordered for my 5.7L volvo engine. The pump and pulley look new and connect easily. However, when I started the engine, the pump failed to pump water. Luckily I had a spare impeller so I put it in and now the pump is working as it should. I'm giving it 2 stars because after spending $250 I didn't have to install a new impeller which costs an additional $40.
