Lamps on the Fiesta ST do not fit anywhere except in the trunk

Bought to replace the interior lighting with RGB, the bulbs are square, the entire body of the Fiesta ST is rounded, the bulbs do not fit . Also, the bulbs appear to be considered hazardous materials and require additional warning labels for shipping back to Amazon, which were not in place when I received the package. The lamps worked, I can't say anything about the quality of the colors or anything else.
