The product came in a box that has been opened and sealed several times. The product is not even what is shown in the picture, very poor quality and it looks like this bag has been through disaster several times and then shipped. I am not satisfied with this product, I would not choose this bag. You can use your money to buy a higher quality item than this. And the little bag that was listed as a lunch box when I bought it looks more like a very small purse with an even smaller pencil case. Please take my advice as I don't leave reviews on everything I buy. But I wouldn't buy it and spend the money on something nicer.
