This particular smartphone holder is exactly what I was looking for and the quality is excellent. Since it more than exceeded my expectations, the PROS below will tell you why and even better what phone/device sizes it fits (no cropping)! So please take your device and tape to compare which sizes I have listed that will work (I measured all my tested devices with a TPU case on each device and left the case on): PROS: + devices and sizes that will easily fit in this block and I have personally tested EVERYTHING I have listed and measured the dimensions of every size I have tested for height, width and thickness (thickness is the most important thing). Fits:+ Samsung Galaxy Player 5" Screen with Thick TPU Cover - 5 3/4" long, 1/2" deep (including TPU cover) and 3 1/2" wide. *** This is a heavy device and thick too! All I had to do was gently but deeply and slowly lower it to the bottom of the roadster groove. REMEMBER to slide the device into the roadster and insert carefully, making sure it snaps in place at the bottom to ensure the device is securely in place. + Samsung Galaxy S4 with silicone case on it. Fits like a glove with case! + Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket with thick TPU case, perfect fit. Please note that most phones, GPS, etc. will also fit with an otter box on it unless the thickness exceeds 1/2 inch with an otter box or tpu cover on it. + Easy to attach and remove from dashboard – The bottom has a VERY STICKY attachment section and sticks perfectly to the dashboard, but make sure you clean the dashboard first and it is free of dust, dirt or wax or it will be damaged. doesn't last either. + How to make it like new again - the sucking/sticky part can be cleaned with a household glass cleaner (Windex) or I've found that a mild soap applied to a washcloth works well and then wipe clean, to make sure the soap scum is gone and the back is sticky again. So don't forget to keep the back label in a handy drawer for future reference. + The particular ways I use this mount (I bought 2 of these) - 1) My car: It stays securely on the dash since I installed it with the sticky part and it holds my devices really really well. To the right! 2) My Home (second device). So I leave the second device on my bedside table and put my 5" Samsung Galaxy Player (landscape) in it so it supports my player and I can play my playlists at night (so far I haven't removed the sticky bottom cover since I want mine do not damage the beautiful wooden table.Note that any device will fit in this TIGHT as there are soft rubber grips that fix the device very tightly in the block.For this reason you CANNOT adjust the phone, gps, player etc forward or backwards (up or down) for the other eye, once you set up your phone, gps, player, etc. it's sort of stuck and sort of set in stone for a long time more than 30 minutes because this device is made of rubber material and melts.
