Sleek, simple, yet a perfect match for the outside of my house. The old light fixture was a mess, so I removed it, cut all of the old caulk off the brick, then set to replacing it. The first thing I noticed was how light this fixture is, making it easy to install alone. The instructions were clear and to the point, using pictures rather than words. I only needed 1 tool- a Phillips head screwdriver to install it. (Now I used a razor knife to remove the old caulk, then sealed the fixture to the wall using new caulk.) It even comes with its own lightbilulb. Overall it took me about 30 minutes to remove the old, install the new, and seal the whole thing. I got a little sloppy sealing but I'm very happy overallI would definitely recommend this product from this seller.
