I have been using this product for over ten years. For what I use it for, I've never found anything else that works the same way. As they say, for "intensive care". Due to my job and the fact that I have many pets, I wash my hands often. When the skin on your hands cracks or bleeds, it heals quickly. I just put it on every night when I go to bed. It also prevents chapped hands and protects your hands the next day. I don't even need it every night, but I only put it on at night because it's greasy. I've tried other products that are oilier but don't absorb or work as well. Expect a little clutter, but it's worth it for how well it works, so I don't see that as a downside.
