I'm about 5ft 5in, 120 and 34A, I have the small one which is a bit tight but still comfortable enough to allow full range of motion when exercising . Medium would probably fit too if I wanted a looser fit, but for swimming/kayaking/kayaking a tighter fit was a better choice. No sunburn, tan or anything like that after 6 hours on the water under the scorching sun, despite the heat and humidity it didn't bother me at all and I felt very comfortable all day. I bought an all white top - it shows a little when dry and obviously bigger when wet so wear a bikini lol. It is machine washable but I chose to air dry the shirt as it is a quick drying material anyway and I figured it would last longer. I am very happy with this purchase and will consider purchasing another!
