The team is very responsive, they always answer my questions within minutes or hours if not immediately! They are also quick at implementing changes requested by our internal teams as well - no more waiting weeks before you get an update from them about what's happening with their work (or lack thereof).
It would be great that we could set up some automated notifications of when new features become available so it doesn't take us too long until those updates roll out internally in order avoid any confusion regarding which version should go live next time around :) Overall this has been one really good experience working together thus far- I'm looking forward towards future releases/updates where there will hopefully have less bugs etc.- but overall things seem pretty smooth going here right now :D.
