Simply open the packaging and start with the first mop. They seem tighter than the dobies so I hope they hold up better than the dobies. Cleaned the porcelain surface of my gas stove well and I didn't have to use baking soda. This is a plus. Of course, white will look dirty after use, but that's to be expected. I will put the next batch in the dishwasher to clean it. Ratings are low, but it's too early to talk about durability. So far I'm just glad it scraped off the stove and got stuck on the cast iron skillet. Also odorless.
