Happy with this purchase

I usually paint my nails once or twice a week so I take my nail polish off often. That usually means using lots of acetone to clean my bottles and stamp plates, and of course removing the nail polish. But lately the smell of acetone has been giving me a headache. Combined with the fact that I bought a bottle of acetone every month, I decided to try something new (and less annoying). As I didn't have any polish when I received this product I applied a base coat and two coats. Polish, then wait about 20 minutes before removing. With acetone, I usually cut cotton strips, soak each one in acetone, then apply it to each nail, leave for 30 seconds to a minute, rubbing in one direction (since rubbing can stain). But for the first test I chose the traditional friction removal method to see how it handled the shorter surface contact. It's not as quick as acetone, but it's also not as slow as your traditional non-acetone remover. However, it quickly and completely removed cream, pearl, shimmer and micro glitter nail polish from every single one of my nails with no problem. I will try glitter polish in the future to see how it compares. But it's good to have a makeup remover that works fast, doesn't smell bad, and doesn't dry out your skin. It's not really an option for cleaning bottles or stamp plates, but I really enjoy using it on my nails. Also, since it's oil based, I won't lose a bunch of this product to evaporation. Yay! EDIT 12/27/2016- I just tried this 2 week pedicure nail polish remover: pink cream with a top coat of space flakes. It took some soaking and rubbing to completely remove the varnish, but it thoroughly removed any stain. This also works with my usual nail polish removal method - cut strips, leave in place etc. Will be repurchased when complete!
