Waste of $ on buffing and buffing pads

I bought whole set #1 to #3 with buffing pad etc to polish plastics on Suzuki DR400SM and Kawasaki KLR650. Both #3 and #2 leave small scratches but #1 is nothing more than water and doesn't do anything, rubbing the new plastic didn't show anything. #1 with buffing wheel has no effect. It is a fictional product. The instructions were followed 100%.
