I like the product. This is a great way to tether your phone so you don't lose it. It's also a great way to clip it to your wrist while taking photos. Some reviews say they can't charge their phone because there is a protrusion sticking out of the charging hole. I can report that I had no trouble inserting the charging port into the Spigen case. Reasons for only 3 stars. as mentioned in other reviews. , I can see the area where the loop is stuck and I can foresee it falling apart in the future. To prevent this, I sewed it through for extra security (I didn't have to). Second, a cheap plastic carabiner. It would be nice if they included at least a metal/aluminum carabiner.
