I really like it but I was disappointed that it broke (fabric loop ripped) after 2 months of use - just outside the "return" time. I've recommended it to a lot of people as it's a safe way to carry your phone while doing other things as it lets you work hands-free. But it's not worth it if it breaks after 9 weeks. I want a refund or replacement.

This hinge failed after 44 days. Great concept but poorly designed. the loop is welded or glued and fell apart when I picked it up today. BLACKRAPID If you're reading this, please update your loop to be more sure your phone isn't floating over water or a cliff! I cannot trust this system and would not recommend entrusting your phone to this product until BLACKRAPID has redesigned and strengthened the hinge mount!

I like the product. This is a great way to tether your phone so you don't lose it. It's also a great way to clip it to your wrist while taking photos. Some reviews say they can't charge their phone because there is a protrusion sticking out of the charging hole. I can report that I had no trouble inserting the charging port into the Spigen case. Purchased for my daughter. So I thought I'd see how it works on my iPhone first so I can install it on her phone. I removed the Otterbox's soft shell, then the inner hard shell.
