This is such a simple yet effective product. I bought several phone straps for the upcoming trip, knowing we'll want to take a lot of photos with our phones in dangerous conditions. This was the clear winner of the ones I've tried so I bought a second one for my wife as well. I was skeptical that it would be safe enough. I thought maybe a hard tug would force the case out, especially since I had a "gel" case that came off fairly easily. But it seemed rock solid (even without using the included sticky pad). It worked great with a variety of cases, for both the Samsung S7 and S9, and we were still able to charge it with either a USB port or our wireless charging cradles. I am an adult male with normal/large but rather thin hands. , and the loop was a good size (at the maximum value). I had no problem getting my hand out quickly when trying to prime my phone for a photo. I imagine a larger loop might be appreciated if you don't have thin hands. The price is a bit higher than one would hope considering the minimal amount of materials. But considering how well it works and how thoughtful the design is, it's worth it.
