I've been using it for a little over a week so I can't rate it 5 stars yet but it feels great. I have old whiplash which is a constant dull ache that radiates into my shoulder and arm when I'm stressed. I use it every night and it loosens everything up. Initially I wouldn't use it for a long period of time as you get a little sore the next day. I can't do Chiro apps due to my work schedule so this helps! Also, I couldn't believe how quickly it was delivered well ahead of the stated date.
