Great product, consistent customer service.

Joy-Con connectors are well made and fit well. What didn't interest me was a lot of emails from the company asking about my satisfaction and trying to get me to review my experience and share it with friends. They do their job. I would buy them again. 5 star addition to my Switch console. If I needed support to keep contacting me about something, I would initiate it myself. If this is a common practice, it should be evaluated from within. Your product speaks for itself. You don't need to send an email after the confirmation email.
