I've had them for about 5 years and as long as they fit properly they look pretty natural. I'm sure the people who left bad reviews didn't know how to adjust it, it takes a little patience and time to fix. They turn yellow fairly quickly, but if you put clear nail polish on them (I also soak them in hydrogen peroxide) they stay white for about 6 months. I also use denture glue, which makes them strong enough to eat softer foods like burgers, hot dogs, and pizza, but make sure to clean them with hydrogen peroxide and a toothbrush immediately after eating. I wear them about 8 hours a day during work hours with no discomfort.
