If I'd known I'd run into these issues, I wouldn't have taken it. Hello manufacturers, the software problem was not solved after 3-4 years . Got pros: Normal appearance, switching between devices (I don’t use it), I forgot when I changed the batteries, if I changed them at all. With its cons: sometimes the keys jam, as if you press it at the wrong angle and it jams. And if the software is installed, the volume down key sticks to infinity until you turn it off and on. Generally disappointed.
