Very easy to read and great for those cold, dark mornings when your eyes take longer to wake up than the rest of your body. The fast refresh rate really makes this gloss perfect for pouring and even with its capacity I can use a large ceramic mug, size 02 ceramic v60 and over 300ml of water without going to the limit so it's great for me, my beans before and then weigh the grind and then calculate the pot lives in real time to ensure I'm getting the best possible extraction once I reach that grind size. I suggest you check out the 4:6 blend mode on YouTube if you use it to fill. Helps eliminate many variables and becomes easy once you have a scale like this. Admittedly I've only had the scale one day and have used it twice, but I'll update this review if it breaks or something happens. I only assume this review is up to date if it hasn't changed as I will be using it on a daily basis. Just 3 things you need to know about the setup that are obvious if you're just using your eyes: 1. You need to pull the latch out of the battery compartment before you turn it on for the first time. I'm really glad batteries came with it but I read someone else couldn't turn them on lol2. You will of course need to remove the white foam pads between the scale and the pressure pad.3. Optional but I suggest you register your warranty on the website detailed in the small paper guide.
