I wanted to love this cleanser but it doesn't work the way I expected. The mixture is very liquid, as you would expect, since it is called cleaning water. But it doesn't remove my makeup. I don't wear heavy makeup, usually just a water based foundation, some cream blush and a finishing powder. Sometimes I use a pencil foundation. I poured cleansing water into a palm and then spread it over my face. Terla-terla, add a little more water and then wash off. My skin felt GREAT! Very soft, not tight, and I liked the way it felt. However, a look in the makeup mirror showed that I still had some makeup left. I tried again the next night with the same results after using a different foundation. I've never had that with a cleaner. When used in the morning on already cleansed skin, it was a pleasant experience as it left my skin soft and the makeup was already gone after washing the night before with a different cleanser. Overall I was disappointed. I have nothing against this cleaner, it's ok, but I'd rather use something else.
