Only the key fob remained in the case. Nothing more. Side slit over an inch. It will take me a while to get used to my new key case with my other keys. I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough to fit in my new keychain junk. It has a lot of space. The clip on the outside is great for my house and office keys. If I have to leave my car keys with someone, I just separate the rest of the keys.
