All modes are different enough to look completely unique 1. Green is faster but doesn't last long on each area Any time, this is the most manual of all modes and is similar to a simple massage. The second blue puts much more pressure on the wrist area and on the carpel. It's more like a chiropractor targeting pressure points and a lot messier than the green mode. Purple also focuses on the wrist and is also more noticeable than the green mode. In general, I'd say the green mode is the most relaxing of the modes, but if you're experiencing numbness or tingling, you might be able to get more out of the other two modes. Warm inside which is very good for the price. The only downsides I can think of are that the thumb isn't loved by this device and should stick out and feel sad and there's no vibration. If these cuts save almost half the price of units of similar quality, then it's a quality unit that seems to hit all the pressure points.
