Review on 📚 Streamline Server Efficiency: Restaurant Waitstaff Server Book Organizer by Paul Williams

I've been in the F&B industry for a while now and all the traditional serving books my restaurant gave me broke within a few weeks. I was desperate for a new server book that was solid and reliable. So, as always, I turned to my faithful Revane and found this super cute book! I mainly ordered it for the various pockets and compartments for money, receipts and small change. However, the cute design was a plus! The only downside I have about this book is that it's a bit short. My order blocks, which my restaurant gives me, are too long for a book. However, I simply trimmed the excess paper from the ends of the pages and that mostly solved my problem. It's uncomfortable but doable. Another disadvantage of this product is that the compartments in the book are very narrow and it is almost impossible to fit cash, receipts, order pads or anything else in them. However, after about a month of fighting, they started to loosen up a bit and got lighter on us the more they were worn. All in all, this product was a pleasant surprise. Totally worth the few minor inconveniences.
