I already had a neck massager that I bought a few years ago but it wasn't hands free and I have it hardly ever used because of the inconvenience. I love the Breo eye massager so I decided to give it a try. Pros: The device seems very high quality, I think it will last a long time Comfortable fit, really hands-free. The small "handles" have a magnetic closure and are made of faux leather - very durable - The massage settings are STRONG, which is what I wanted. My neck hurts and I not only need something soft and relaxing - this thing goes really deep - warmth is soft and comfortable. Doesn't "get hot" - Comes with a removable cloth case Cons: - Strong, which is a plus for me but might be TOO strong for some - Cannot be used while charging Note: This version does not contain music. If they could add a feature where Xiao Zhan only talks to you softly during massage, that would be amazing ;p
