Excellent product. A bit awkward to use on yourself. You can use it on yourself of course, but it's quite heavy so you can hit your legs, maybe lower back and neck area. Much more effective having someone else use it on you when you need to get a lower back. My chiropractor uses something like this to relax muscles before fitting, so I ordered it when I saw it. It comes with a variety of attachments, but we found the large sphere worked best. I felt instant relief from the tight muscles in my neck and back. Super easy to use. Great tool to relax your partner! Oh, and that's great packaging too! It doesn't just come in a box. Comes with a very good travel case. You could even give this thing as a gift, it's so beautiful.
