I love cooking with peppers. I can't see, feel, taste or smell the difference. Pepper, on the other hand, would I add pre-ground pepper to the food? no Did I use pre-ground pepper when cooking in bulk? Yes. That is a thing of the past since I have this wonderful grinder. A few turns will provide a good amount of evenly crushed pepper. do i need it No, but I love it and would buy it again and recommend it to anyone who likes to cook with pepper and can tell fresh from stale.
