2 years ago I tried this brand. I initially bought a size medium but the toe box was too long. So the company sent me a small to try for free. I was like cool. I kept both pairs and had been wearing them off and on as needed. Well a year ago I had a baby and with this last baby as most women know my body and legs went out of whack. I could not for some reason keep fluid off my legs even with compression socks. And no it was not my heart. Come to find out after going to a vein specialist the veins in my calves and inner thigh were not working properly anymore to pull fluid off my legs like they are supposed to. So after $2200 I had 3 treatments to close those veins (including spider veins)that are not working anymore. The recommendation post treatment is to wear compression socks for the next 3 months. So I pull out all my compression socks (including sockwell and another brand) and throw some away that were not working anymore due to being stretched out. I pull out this brand and low and behold they have great compression for what I need. So I come on Ebay and buy 5 more pair. A black, a white, a shag rainbow, polka dot and blue heart pattern. Here is where I am mad. I have worn all 5 and they ALL fit different. The black, white and blue heart pattern have little to no compression compared to the ones I got 2 years ago. They are just fancy socks. The polka dot does not even come up to my calves. WTH! And the shag rainbow are the only ones close to the ones I got 2 years ago. Look companies need to learn how to stick with the original formula that got people buying in the first place. I will not be buying anymore socks from this company. They may be cute and colorful it is like playing the lotto with compression. Their packages say that "compression is their passion".well obviously someone is not doing a quality check on the socks. Because most have little to no compression. Now I have like 7 of their socks and only maybe 3 have decent compression. That includes the one free they sent me 2 years ago. You can play sock lotto but I am not.Update: I sent my review to the customer service email and got a reply from customer service and the founder Jeff. They refunded my money and sent me some other products to try. Apparently they did change the socks to be softer and stretchier which I let them know made them have less compression. Overall I am not happy with the socks but the customer service is still great. For that reason I gave 2 additional stars.
