NO running shoes!
After ten runs and comparing to my (old) Asics FF. . .It's like an old elliptical machine.TOO Cushy! Run time increased by 40 seconds per mile. If you need hiking shoes that's fine, but if you really want to walk don't even think about buying these shoes.

- Solid heel cup, great cushioning, bought for my rehab and training.
Cons
- Shoes may not provide enough cushioning for those who need them.
