It looks great and packaging is excellent. But that is all that is good. Out it. I Bought this a while ago, but did get a chance to actually use it until last week when I finally took it out for a spin. I packed the bag lightly for a short out of town trip in my car. I took it out of the trunk, placed the shoulder strap over shoulder and walked to my room. I was still in the hotel hallway when the strap became loose and the bag fell off my shoulder. As I looked at the bag, I noticed that the little metallic rivet fastening the folded edge that houses the hook for the shoulder strap had popped out. The same type of cheap and low quality rivets have been used to fasten other parts and keep it together - which means poor craftsmanship and ridiculously low reliability.It is past the return window, so I am stuck. I took the bag to a leather repair shop and they said that the only way to turn this to a an actually usable bag is to replace all the "toy rivers” to real heavy duty durable rivets, Needless to say that this will cost me about half of what paid for the bag to begin with because of the high labor cost.Overall, this looks like something made by someone at home as an arts and craft project. It looks like a quality merchandise, but looks can and in this case are quite deceiving! if you are looking for a bag with real utility, look elsewhere.
