Not Happy!: Chargers & Adapters

This isn't a problem with my phone or AirPods, but somehow it not only doesn't charge my watch, it drains it too. My watch was at 60% when I put it on the charger with other items and when I came back two hours later it was completely dead! Even if he hadn't charged, he wouldn't have died so quickly.
