The most important thing is that it has all my favorite features like ActiveRecord, ActionMailer etc., It also supports migrations in one go as well with other DBMSs (MySQL/PostgreSQL). I have used this tool to migrate from MySQL database into Postgresql without any issue or error found so far! Also there are no compatibility issues when using multiple databases together which was not supported by some tools previously available out-of -the box! Its free version can be downloaded easily but its paid edition seems costly at least compared what others offer nowdays!!
