The aphrodisiac effect of a trailer ride.

Oh, horses. It doesn't matter how much they despise each other at home, what gender they associate with, but throw a couple in a trailer together for 30 minutes and love is in the air. And no healthy love. but a toxic codependency that spoils the joy of a pleasant outing. It took me a pair of broken leather halters and an embarrassing exhibition race chasing a pathetic, love- and breakup-sick gelding before I gave up and wasted so many dollars a click. I would gladly pay three times as much. It may not solve your problem in every situation, but it buys you some time, which may be all you need. I've used mine a few times, and when there was reason to be scared (something that didn't pose a real threat, which is usually the case), being able to back away without jumping back was enough to control the instinct satisfy flee. without breaking anything before settling down. Well, depending on the situation, this thing can't work miracles, especially when it comes to poor human judgment. I tied Casanova next to his talking, dark-haired and beautiful gelding, the god of love, with a delicate clasp with knots at the end of his rope. My girlfriend forgot about this bromance and took her horse, my horse's object of affection, away from the trailer and I am too far from the trailer to get there in time to untie this knot. The rope paid off, but his buddy kept going until my friend was literally at the end of his rope. Yes, goodbye halter #3. But I'm glad the halter broke and not the smart cleat itself, as that was my only concern if the retreating horse breaks the cleat and willy-nilly with that around his legs running away from the dangling piece of equipment. No, it lasted and I lost about $60 on the halter, but not $600 (or worse) at the vet's expense (or worse). This clamp alone probably won't teach your horse to never give up, but it's a good training tool and will certainly help me prevent many bad results from bad decisions (both his and mine). Tennis. I have to play tennis.
