Poorly cut tie

Nice clothes but the tie is very poorly made. It has a zipper but almost impossible to open and close. The tie fell off the mechanism completely 2 minutes after trying it on. I had to use super glue and sew it back on for my son to use the next day. Jeans and shirt look subtly tailored.
