I really like how it allows me to make my photos look more professional than they might otherwise be, especially with color adjustments (colors are way too bright for this particular industry). With many other programs you have no control over where your background goes - Pro Photo has that feature built in! Their customer service can sometimes seem less helpful or quick compared to some of their competitors; however, if you contact them directly they're very responsive, usually within 24 hours at worst case scenario. It's almost impossible not to get better results when using this software as opposed to just doing what comes naturally without any guidance from professionals who know exactly which tools work best together.
