I've only used down pillows for years. I was disappointed with how they lost their "fluff" after a short period of time and decided to try the memory foam pillow. There was an error! I then tried a fiber filled pillow but it had a horrible smell that wouldn't go away. I was looking for a microgranule pillow when I saw this organic buckwheat flour pillow. After reading about it and reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. When the box arrived my heart sank thinking it was as small as the box! When I opened it and saw that it was folded in half, I was pleased. This is a good size, I would call it king size. It's very hard. At night I noticed that he had no smell. I am very sensitive to smells and this pillow does not smell. I love that I can adjust it to fit my neck by tucking the balls under my neck for extra support while watching TV. It's so convenient. It's soft yet offers excellent support. I slept through the night with my new pillow. It includes instructions on how to remove some of the buckwheat kernels if they are too hard for your liking so they can be customized. I am so happy with my new pillow. No more stiff necks and sleepless nights. It's also cool, so there's no hothead. The perfect pillow for me.
