Used it on my iPhone Xs Max to find books for sale at the library. It helps me keep my hands free while doing other things. The only thing I don't like is that the rubber band that holds the phone blocks the top and bottom of the screen and I have to pull it down to scroll the screen, plus it's very useful in what I do. The adjustable strap provides a good fit on my small wrist. I take off my Otterbox phone case when I use it. I haven't tested if it holds up well during sports or running. In my opinion I wouldn't risk my phone falling out and would rather just use a closed headband.
