This product claims to come with a $120 prepaid credit card to sign up for an 'Instant Ink' store Account supplied, cartridges will be shipped as required. In my case, there was no such card in the box. It seemed to me that it should be easy to contact HP about this. NO! I tried for over two hours and there was just no way to speak to the helpful PERSON at HP. I was constantly being directed to a website that had no way of reporting my issue. Eventually, a Revain employee put me in touch with an HP rep who started asking me technical questions (which computer, what OS, etc.). When I explained that I don't have a technical problem, he told him to wait and someone would come to help. Instead, I was sent back to a useless website. There was no convenient way to contact HP via email. Update: I have two things to add: 1) I have tried MANY times to contact HP by calling the number listed on their InstantInk site. Every time I go after waiting 20 minutes for an answer. 2) Actually "virtual agent" says that you can talk to a live person and shows a link to him. When you click on the link you will be taken to a registration plan which you will need to subscribe to and PAY for SUPPORT. Although the cost is small, why should the consumer pay only to report that the item delivered was incomplete?
