Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

Decent device for the price Pros below: 1) connects via wi-fi to any device: computer, tablet, phone, etc. You can print documents directly from your phone 2) automatic two-sided printing 3) in-line scanning of documents - that is, you can immediately load a stack of documents into the tray for scanning With its cons: 1) there are two cartridges in the kit (black and white and color), but in fact these are probes. You should immediately buy an additional full-fledged cartridge if you plan to…

The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

Spent 4 hours of my life to connect to a Wi-Fi network. The printer was connected in many ways, but not to Wi-Fi (closed). To an open network without problems. Tried everything! And as it turned out . I read it on the router forum. My Wi-Fi standard was set to 8022022b/g/n. I switched to the 8022022b/g standard and everything connected in a moment 🤦‍♂️ Then I switched the network standard back, everything works.

Pros
  • Appearance, build quality, print quality and speed
Cons
  • Wi-Fi connection, no cable to connect to PC

Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

With its pros: Prints fast, good quality, tray, top paper feeder and scanner Has some cons: The paint runs out quickly, the resource is like that of the previous inkjet, but it eats more paint. Slow scanner. Inconvenient device setup.

I took it in May for 6723 in amazon for a promotion. Everyone writes that the cartridges are trial ones, so I immediately bought full-fledged cartridges for the printer. In the color cartridge, the difference is only 4 grams! 34 trial and 38 full is a gram for each paint and a gram for a sponge? thought he was a lot more fueled . disappointment. I wish the one who invented the software for the printer (hp Smart) to use it all his life and constantly configure it. Raw. In general, if it weren’t…

Pros
  • compact printer, design, copier function, cartridges, although small, can be refilled no matter what they tell you (this is revenge for their software)
Cons
  • sound. i knew jets were loud, i had a hp 930c 16 years ago, but nothing has changed since then. It took me almost 4 hours to connect the software to hp smart via wifi, it was easier for me to pick out the driver libraries and install them on unsupported systems than to set it up . it stubbornly hung on connecting to the home network through the HP smart program, even from a laptop even from android. As a result, through the browser settings, I went to the printer, registered home Wi-Fi there, and then connected through this program on the home network. While he was setting it up, he got tired of printing password pages and other test pages for me, that's why? what would spend the paint and 20 sheets of paper? Extremely non-informative functions and it’s not clear whether the button was pressed, maybe I’ll get used to it and figure it out more, but so far it’s not at all obvious, maybe I’ll figure it out with time. There is no instruction. In standby mode, I did not find how to turn off its backlight and constantly crawls with a carriage - it interferes with sleep - I had to turn it off - the whole point of Wi-Fi is lost. (In the settings, the minimum value for falling asleep).

Terrible - do not recommend

I have been an HP customer for over 20 years but this new printer is terrible. It printed an alignment page and then said there was a paper jam (there wasn't one). The error didn't reset and I didn't want to waste time with customer service so I returned it. I didn't like the Instant Ink idea either (funny they keep track of how many pages you print!). Switched to Canon and happy so far!

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Functionality

Really great printer for the price

I never write reviews but if anyone is hesitant to buy this printer then you should buy it! Setting up the HP app was a little disappointing (it got stuck at the step where you install the ink), but I just turned the printer off and got back to it a day later and the install completed with no issues. The print quality is excellent, printing from the phone is no problem. Contrary to another review, you get free ink for a few months based on how often you print. Just read all the materials…

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • No instructions

So many problems!: Inkjet printer

This printer is not worth the money and frankly terribly unreliable. Constant connection issues and with no screen or options, it's difficult to reconnect every time. Even when plugged in, it constantly has printing issues and needs manual manipulation to actually print documents. Customer support is impossible and useless. And finally, don't buy "free ink" for two years. They track the pages you print, and even if the ink should be free, they'll let you know you've reached your monthly limit…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some cons

Printer appears to work, but HP support for my questions DOESN'T EXIST

This product claims to come with a $120 prepaid credit card to sign up for an 'Instant Ink' store Account supplied, cartridges will be shipped as required. In my case, there was no such card in the box. It seemed to me that it should be easy to contact HP about this. NO! I tried for over two hours and there was just no way to speak to the helpful PERSON at HP. I was constantly being directed to a website that had no way of reporting my issue. Eventually, a Revain employee put me in touch with…

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • Has defects

I FINALLY HAVE MINE! What does that tell you?

Like many users, I have been using printers for at least two decades. I have also been teaching computer science since the same time. I figured buying an HP printer would be the best way to connect to an HP laptop. Oh, it isn't. The core of your experience with ANY HP printer is that with ANY problem you're forced to use online interfaces (like their ridiculous website) to try and get help. Finally, after a few days of frustration, I gave up. Well, the FIRST time: setup on a Windows laptop was…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
