Review on Rugged iPhone XR Belt Clip Case with Military-Grade Protection, Holster & Tempered Glass Screen Protector – Black by Lindsey Lewis

This is a GREAT case and GREAT belt clip. Everything fits snugly and securely, and the separate plastic screen protector fits seamlessly and perfectly, even for that guy who doesn't have the patience to put on things that might require extra effort to get rid of air bubbles. The material of the case feels great - rubberized around the edges and smooth and sleek on the back. Haven't dropped the phone yet so can't comment on the protection level of the phone but I'm very optimistic that this case will protect as well as any Otterbox Defender I've used with other phones. UPDATE in about 5 months. Usage: The clip on the top of the case that holds the phone in place has broken during normal use. I'm currently securing the phone with some thick rubber bands, but it looks like the snap-on case should be replaced under warranty. Two calls to Encased support that required me to leave a message got no response. I'll keep trying, but be aware that this mechanism may have longevity issues and customer support seems non-existent. Don't give up, after a while I came across a link where you could make a warranty claim. Shortly after applying via a quick and easy process, I received a friendly email offering to refund my purchase price as they didn't seem to have any replacement holsters in stock to send to me. So I'm giving up some of the old grudges against this manufacturer and have actually decided to use the refunded funds to buy a slightly different model for around the same money. Ultimately good support from Encased but I'm still wondering why neither of my first two calls were answered.
