Does what I need
The plastic is a little flimsy so use it or I'm sure it will break. I don't know how that will hold up in the long run. Elasticity is also normal. It fits in a large box of Costco tissues, so that's a plus. We are allergy sufferers so there are wipes in every car and in every room of the house. Generally it does what we want, but if you have 2 short elastic cords you can do the same, or maybe easier, or the same.
