It is so sad that this otherwise super cute, comfortable, lightweight hat is shipped by being folded up tightly into a triangle. The bends/creases in the brim won't go away. I sprayed it with water and lit it sit on the table for some days as one person suggested, but it didn't make any difference. Then I tried running it under the faucet to douse it with water and hung it to dry.left it hanging for days.creases remain. What a way to ruin an otherwise great hat. The top material of the hat also has many creases that won't go away. Perhaps with time the upper material creases could relax? But I doubt the damage to the brim can go away. (think what would happen if you fold cardboard.same idea) I guess this will have to simply be a "useful" hat but not a nice looking hat.
