Review on DONGSHEN Thermometer Waterproof Backlight Calibration by Travis Varner

I have a multi-probe thermometer that I use to cook large cuts of meat (love it) but I don't feel comfortable pulling it out to check small cuts or for "quick action". Bought based on the reviews and was not disappointed. The device turns on when the probe is rotated away from the body. Once inserted, it immediately displays the temperature. There is no need to wait for the temperature to be reached; You will know within seconds. The hold button keeps the temperature on the screen after the probe is removed. Works perfectly. I checked the readings twice and thrice and compared the temp to another (much more expensive) kit. It's available! When you're done, turn the probe back towards your body and it will turn off! Digits are easy to read, backlit display. Even an extra battery (CR2032) was inserted. Very happy with this purchase.
