The hole in the screen does not improve the look of the room, but it does not cause any problems and actually gives it a more elegant feel. There are hardly no pre-installed apps, and even if there are, they're little more than you'd find on any other brand-new iPhone. In general, it's a great smartphone. I don't think I'll ever be sorry that I made this purchase.
