Holes too big
The mounting holes in the brackets that attach to the TV are too big for the supplied screws (parts h). I can't use big bolts because my TV doesn't accept them. You need to put washers or make the holes smaller. I can't be the first to notice this (you can see it in the photos if you look closely), maybe my Panasonic 32" is too old. Otherwise it's a solid mount, just a little stiff. Another mechanical issue is that the head of the bottom screw hits the end of the main pivot bolt as you screw it into the wall. Luckily the pivot bolt moves a bit to make room, but forget about using an Allen screwdriver.
