It took me a while to feel comfortable and buy the GUTA system and I'm glad I did. Initially I had problems with the system and switching on. I contacted customer service and after asking a few basic questions they were willing to send me a replacement unit. The last time I tried it the device worked as advertised and it still works to this day. What really impressed me was the customer service. Not only was Leon willing to express a replacement to me so that I could receive a replacement before my vacation, he was also willing later to change the shipment to coincide with my homecoming. Such willingness to please the customer cannot be found in many other places! The device itself works great. I recently towed my camper (38ft trailer) from NE Pa to Ohio. The system worked very well as it should and gave me a sense of security knowing the condition of all the trailer's tires. During the ride, I knew her temperature and pressure in real time. I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking to add this feature to their RV. Worth every penny and top notch customer service!
