The product works great BUT WARNING! Users beware

I may have overlooked the warning. I'm not sure. We put this in to protect our new white carpet. We had quite a bit to do, so we let it sit for about two weeks. We're not sure, but it appears that a combination of foot traffic and possibly sunlight caused the adhesive to practically stick to the carpet. It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to remove this film from the carpet. There were actually a few areas that took over an hour to remove - the tedious process of trying to pull the edge out only to have a tiny piece of plastic come out. Conclusion: The product works great. Very strong. no tears, no tears. He held up great. If others decide to use it, I recommend removing it in less than 24 hours. Be careful of traffic and possibly sunlight.
