This material is thick and durable. I have used it for leather dagger sheaths and hunting knife sheaths. placed between the two sides of the scabbard. I have also used this material for a pistol holster, using opposing needles (like scabbards) to attach up to five layers of leather with its strong thread and I highly recommend it.
