Review on Bona Pro Series Hardwood Floor Refresher - 32oz by Justin Pavelko

I have just used this product on hardwood floors and am very happy with the results. My floor was cleaned and polished 5 years ago when we moved into our house and with children running around and furniture being moved around a lot it was scratched and lost most of its luster. This product has exceeded my expectations. This greatly reduced the visibility of scratches and the floor now has a nice shine. Of course, it doesn't compare to professional waxing, but I was amazed at the results for $15 and a half hour of work. I had to make the floor in segments because you have to go through it to get in and out of the house. I rearranged all the furniture, gave them a good steam mop, and then scrubbed the floor on all fours with a good hardwood cleaner. Then I took a clean rag, wet it and wrung it out, poured some of this product over a small area at a time and rubbed it in with the rag. I made half the room and an hour later (when you could walk on the half I made) I made the other half of the room. I came back an hour later and applied a second coat to the first side of the room (the instructions say the second coat can be applied after two hours). An hour later I applied a second layer on the other side. That way we could constantly walk across the room from one side or the other. I waited 24 hours as instructed to return the furniture. I am amazed at the results!
